先日、2025年5月24日（日）、ドバイ・オニックスタワーにある1004 Gourmetにて、JHL+ドバイ初となる試飲会を開催いたしました。 週末の午後、多くのお客様がブースに立ち寄ってくださり、金時草（Gynura Bicolor）との初めての出会いを楽しんでいただきました。「金時草って何？」「どんな味がするの？」——そんな純粋な好奇心から会話がはじまり、一杯を口にされたお客様の表情がふっとほぐれる瞬間が、何度もありました。 金時草は、石川県・加賀地方に古くから伝わる伝統野菜です。鮮やかな紫の葉を持ち、アントシアニンや鉄分、食物繊維など、体にうれしい栄養素を豊富に含んでいます。弊社の製品はこの金時草を100％使用。添加物に頼らず、素材そのものの力を信じた、まっすぐな一杯です。だからこそ、毎日安心して続けていただける——それが私たちの変わらない想いです。 当日は、弊社COOも会場に立ち、お客様おひとりおひとりと直接お話しさせていただきました。製品の背景にある物語、加賀野菜への想い、そして日本のものづくりへの誇り。言葉を交わすたびに、「作り手の顔が見える」ということの大切さを、改めて実感いたしました。 日本製という信頼、そして素材への誠実さ——この二つを軸に、私たちはこれからも歩んでいきます。 そして、次のステップとして、カフェでの展開がいよいよ動き出しています。金時草を使ったドリンクメニューが、近く皆さまのお手元に届く日も遠くありません。どうぞお楽しみに。 引き続き、JHL+と金時草をよろしくお願いいたします。 JHL+ チーム一同 Event Recap | Tasting Session at 1004 Gourmet, Onyx Tower On Sunday, May 24th, JHL+ hosted its first-ever tasting...
