"Kind to the Earth, Good for the Body"
Attending the Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries Future Fund Networking Event 2025
I recently had the opportunity to attend the Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries Future Fund Networking Event 2025, held under the theme "A Ten-Year Growth Strategy for the Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries Sector."
Our contract farmer, Nappa-kai Co., Ltd., has been practicing sustainable, circular agriculture and was selected as a recipient of the Future Fund this year. I am truly delighted that Nappa-kai's ongoing efforts—always "kind to the earth" and "good for the body"—have been recognized and celebrated in this way.
On the day of the event, selected project participants and representatives from 53 media outlets gathered, leading to lively exchanges of ideas. The keynote speech was delivered by Professor Ken Kusunoki, a distinguished professor of competitive strategy at Hitotsubashi Business School, on the topic "Strategy as Story." His lecture was both inspiring and insightful.
It was a fruitful day, filled with valuable encounters and experiences. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to everyone involved.
